Pure Madness

First of all, Go Utes! Can't wait to be in New Orleans and cheer for you. Second, Go Ray! I have a kind and patient husband. My life with him is a constant adventure. Third, love my friends. Fourth, working at home is awesome! I get to watch Top Chef reruns on my lunch break. Nothing is better than that. Fifth, Thanksgiving was great. Very relaxing and had a good time. Sixth, Christmas shopping is complete. I just have to stop buying Ray presents! Seventh, our house is progressing. Hard to believe life will change again when we move.

Happy Holiday!

Last week

So last week was interesting. We went to RC Willey and bought a round chair and a treadmill. I persuaded Ray to get a red chair that has the texture of Fozzy Bear fur. I can't wait to use it. I haggled with the salesman for my treadmill and then we hauled it in the back of the Focus. Wow, that was interesting. The wharehouse guy told us it was about 75 lbs, Ray said it is more like 200 lbs.

Spent time with Melissa this week. We got to go to lunch together and some shopping. We went to a store where the sight of kitchen gadgets and spices made us giddy. It was nice to catch up a little bit.

Spent some time at the tailgate lot Friday night, prefer not to discuss that. Saturday was football, and the Utes winning. I spent Saturday night relaxing since I got sunburned at the game. We had a lazy Sunday. It was nice!

Rough week

I hate those weeks when things are crappy. That would be last week. I am finally returning to my normal self. Anxiety attacks and my tummy lead to a long week. Urine test, blood test, and new scripts added to my week.

Luckily, I have a very understanding husband. He may not understand, but he is patient and helpful. He brought me the prettiest flowers on Friday, knowing what a crappy week it had been.

I get discouraged. With the miracles of modern medicine, why can't things be diagnosed and fixed? I have been going every three months to the doctor for blood test and new scripts. It sucks. It frustrates me.

Crappy week, on top of the ridiculous debates. Are you kidding me? McCain is a total joke

October

This is my first blog. For all of you who know me, this is a hard month for me. It starts Sept. 30th and runs through October.

I lost one of my best friends four years ago. It still hurts. Luckily, I have great friends, family, and the best husband. These are the people who get me through the sad times.

If I had known four years ago that my time with Jord was running out, I would have spent more time and said so many more things to him.

One of the things I am so grateful for are the photos I took of us together. The memories I share with him keep him nearby.

Love you Jord!
